About Me: Fifth grade Language Arts will be all about writing. We'll learn to edit and revise rough drafts for the perfect finished -- narrative pieces, research reports, historical fiction, 5 paragraph essays, summary writing, note taking, outlining and much more! Social studies will explore the intentions of our founding fathers. They'll choose a state and learn all about it thru research and note taking. The final goal is a slide show presentation about their state.
