About Me:

I teach 8th grade English Language Arts and 8th grade Social Studies at North Star.

Students will study literary works by Harper Lee, Roald Dahl, Rudolfo Anaya and William Shakespeare. Looking deeper into the novels' messages and reflecting thru writing prompts. 

Social Studies curriculum in 8th grade is American History and Government. We'll discuss the formation of our government and compare it to current events.

Student's can check their class assignments thru Google Classrooms.

Parents can check their student's grade thru the Parent Portal link found on the North Star website.
